Refund policy

We hope you love your Always Ashley items, however, if you need to make a return, here are the guidelines.

Returns are eligible for store credit only within 14 business days of the delivery date. Postmarked is fine. Returns past the two-week mark will not be accepted and will be sent back at the customers' expense. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Please include your packing slip in your return! Once orders are placed they cannot be canceled!

Items that are FINAL SALE include, ITEMS PURCHASED DURING A SALE, bodysuits, swimwear, work out wear (leggings, bikers), ALL accessories and anything from our Sale Section. 

Items will not be accepted if they are stained, have any smell of perfume, animals, or cigarettes, are covered in lint or hair or dirt, deodorant or make-up stains, or damaged in any way. Items need to be packaged neatly for return and wrapped in tissue paper or some sort of package to prevent damage during shipping. Items must have original hangtags and/or stickers or other packaging. Items must be unworn. 

ANY damages must be reported within two days to you receiving the item. 

EXCHANGES:

We do not do exchanges as our inventory is constantly changing, rather we issue store credit.

If you send back an item that is not eligible for a return or exchange, you will be charged a 20% restocking fee and shipping costs, or we will ship the item back to you.

please double check your shipping address! once we ship the package, you will be charged to double ship if you enter the wrong address.
